Mollie Makes breaks Future subscription record
3,000 subscribers sign up to Future's new craft magazine, Mollie Makes.
By Press Gazette Published 17 June 2011Future's new monthly craft title Mollie Makes has broken the company's subscriptions record for a new launch during its first month on sale.
More than 3,000 subscribers have signed up for the magazine. Future said subscriptions had been driven by online channels such as the Mollie Makes blog and Future's subscription website myfavouritemagazines.co.uk.
Future said it was too early to give a figure for the newsstand sales of the magazine, which launched last month, but the overall print-run for the launch edition was 26,000 copies.
"We have been thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive response we've had to the launch of Mollie Makes," said Craft Group publisher Kerry Lawrence
