The News of the World will launch a men's magazine next month as a companion title to its existing weekend glossy, Fabulous.
The as-yet-unnamed magazine will be edited by Mark Hayman, currently creative director of Fabulous magazine.
Press Gazette reported last month that Joely Carey had been appointed to replace Hayman; she will now become editorial director of both magazines.
The new title will be a 56-page supplement that will launch on 6 March backed by a TV and radio marketing campaign. It expected that the title will be monthly, but that has yet to be finalised.
Editorial will focus on men's fashion, investigative features mixed with features on gadgets, fitness, food, music and film.
Hayman said: "After three years as creative director of Fabulous magazine, I can't wait to bring the same success to the men's sector".
