Global business and lifestyle magazine Monocle will launch a winter publication concerned with "everything at 1,500m up" that will be available for eight weeks over the winter period.
Monocle Alpino, priced at £4, will be available in all Monocle shops and selected newsstands, airports and at ski resorts from 16 December.
Earlier, the magazine launched its debut summer paper, Monocle Mediterraneo, in July this year.
Monocle founder and editor-in-chief Tyler Brûlé said, "The newspaper will be similar to the first edition in terms of targeting our readers on their break. This time, distribution will stretch from Aspen to St Moritz to Niseko - and all Alpine nations."
The inaugural advertisers for the title include Rolex, Pictet, Nissan and Moncler.
The 72-page colour newspaper will include features such as which architect you would want to build your perfect mountain retreat, the best winter dishes, and a spring fashion preview.
There will also be an online edition and a radio programme to accompany the launch, called The Weekly Monocle Winter Series, sponsored by BlackBerry, and featuring live music, discussion and debate.
