Emma Watson, the Harry Potter actress, tells how she "felt sick" about the money she was earning from the films.

She appears on the cover of UK Vogue this month, and was shot by acclaimed fashion photographer Mario Testino.

Earlier this year, she was named Hollywood's highest paid female by Vanity Fair. She has an estimated fortune worth ₤20m.

After being released from her contract with the makers of the Harry Potter movie series, which barred her from cutting her hair, wearing heavy make-up, piercing her ears or even getting a tan, Watson now sports a new hairstyle on the cover of Vogue UK.

Talking about her fortunes, the 20-year-old star reveals that she has been exercising restraint with regard to the huge amount of money involved and has instead chosen to concentrate more on getting her degree at Brown University in Rhode Island.
