Robin Shallow, executive vice-president of communications for Rodale, will leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
Shallow was responsible for the communications strategy and overall brand building success at Rodale, the publisher of health and wellness lifestyle magazines Men's Health, Prevention, Women's Health, Runner's World, Bicycling, Running Times, and Organic Gardening.
She also created exposure for Rodale Books, including New York Times Bestselling titles Eat This, Not That! and Flat Belly Diet!, and was the driving force behind critical media partnerships for Rodale, which reaches more than 70m people around the world.
"Robin has been a great asset and I wish her the best as she moves on," said Maria Rodale, chairperson and CEO of Rodale.
Friday will be her last working day with the company. Her replacement is yet to be named.
