Australian men's magazine Ralph is closing down its print edition with its July issue, after running for 13 years, the magazine's publisher ACP Magazines has announced.
The publisher said the change in readers' taste and increased competition between magazines caused the closure. It however added that it will continue to invest in men's magazines.
ACP Magazines group publishing director Phil Scott said Ralph would now focus on its website, which is one of the top ten magazine sites in Australia.
The lads magazine's circulation for the six months to December 2009 was 63,155, a year-on-year fall of five per cent.
