In the article titled "Mrs. Obama's Washington: Why the First Lady Loves Her New Hometown," Obama talks about her visit with her daughters to the Newseum, the District of Columbia's interactive museum, and other historic attractions such as Monticello in Washington.
The luxury travel magazine's editor-in-chief Klara Glowczewska said the magazine was inspired by the first lady's commitment to give back to her community and the world.
The issue will be on newsstands on 14 April. The online version of the travel feature also includes a map of some of the first lady's favourite places.
