Fitness Magazine offers marathon training for runners

The US women’s fitness monthly Fitness has announced the development of a marathon training schedule

Andrew Kastor has chalked out a running schedule for training. Members who sign up will receive weekly running schedules, meal suggestions and motivational tips from running experts.

The magazine, and its website, feature marathon plans, training schedules, running schedules, strength-building exercises, cardio playlists and recipes that help runners participate in marathons.
