Glad to be in Harringay

Giles Coren reports that I'm one of the people sticking with Islington rather than moving to Notting Hill ("How the left went west", 15 January). This is intriguing news since I've never lived in Islington or shown any inclination to do so. For the record, I'd also like to point out that I've never eaten at the River Cafe or owned an Armani suit.
