The buck stops there

Unison

Parents of this message:
Can we take the politics out of health care?
The public supports the core principles of the NHS as a universal service based on clinical need, not on the ability to pay. The only way to meet those objectives is through a publicly funded system. Therefore, politicians have a duty to ensure that public money is spent efficiently and effectively. No matter how far any government seeks to distance itself from the NHS through privatisation and PFI, the buck should - and always will - stop with them.
