What should be done to make wages fairer?

We need to create 100,000 new jobs in the transport and environment sectors. We also must insist all employers pay a London Living Wage.
I support the London Living Wage at £7.20 an hour. In the wealthiest city in the world, we can afford to share our wealth a little more fairly.
Londoners on minimum wage effectively have a lower real income than those on a minimum wage in the rest of the country, which is why I support the London Living Wage.
My fairer taxation policy seeks to take low earners out of taxation where possible and to ensure that those with really high incomes pay their fair share.
