The app, entitled "Man Alive - Everything Everything: Live at Union Chapel", was available in HD as a free download for both iPad and iPhone users on Wednesday.
"We wanted to try something unique. The concert sold out and we wanted to do something special for fans who couldn't get tickets. We couldn't hijack a TV channel but now we can play live to people on the bus, or wherever they want to hear it," Band lead Jonathan Higgs told music site NME.com.
Video production company LoveLive filmed the band using six cameras. The special show featuring a 13-piece orchestra will be available for viewing for three months before it is removed.
