YouTube on Thursday announced the launch of YouTube charts, a new feature that lists the top videos on the web.
The service also gives users a list of videos that received the most views, the most 'likes' or the most subscribers over the past day, week, month or all-time.
The list on the video sharing site features the top 100 videos from each list, or about 900 videos and channels under heads such as movies, shows, stores and so on.
The "most subscribed" option gives information on individuals or production channels that are gaining popularity at any given time.
The site is also asking for feedback from users on videos they would like to see.
