Juan Senor, co-author of the "Innovations in Magazines 2010 World Report" said that while the recently launched tablet computer may offer a host of publishing opportunities, these may come with many strings attached, speaking to publishers at the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA) Annual Conference in London on Thursday.
He joked that Eve and the rest of humanity are still living with the consequences after the last time someone impulsively took a bite out of an apple. He said publishers should beware of biting an Apple without having the strength to negotiate with them.
The iPad is likely to be launched in May in the UK.
