Malcolm Wright is ITV Broadcast's advisor on access services and the managing director of ITV SignPost, the UK's largest provider of on-screen British Sign Language services. He is chair of Codeworks, the Centre of Digital Excellence in North East England, and the chair of Skillset's North East Advisory Board. He is also a director of Northern Film and Media.

Herb Kim has been CEO of Codeworks since 2002. Spun out of the regional development agency, One Northeast, Codeworks' mission is to develop the digital economy of Northeast England as expressed in terms of jobs, new companies, wealth creation and inward investment. Previously, Herb has worked as Head of Marketing for source O2, an incubator of leading edge mobile data applications.
