		Key speaker Mike O'Brien is MP for Warickshire North, and Minister of State for Energy. He was appointed as a Minister at the Home Office after the General Election in May 1997, before which he was Labour Spokesman on the City (for1996-1997). Until recently, he was Parliamentary adviser to the Staff Association of Chief Police Officers (CPOSA) and a member of the Appeals Committee of the Police Dependents’ Trust.
		Key speaker Dave Marsden has been Chief Information Officer / Associate Director of Health Informatics for Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland Strategic Health Authority and Trent Strategic Health Authority since December 2002. From September 2003 Dave has been chair of the national CIO Forum.
		Facilitator Kevin Ashford has been a journalist for more than twenty years working in newspapers, radio and television. For the last couple of years he has been co-presenter of Central News in the East Midlands, the nightly regional ITV news programme. He recently won a gold award from the New York film festival for his part in a half hour documentary on heroin use.
