Sonnet Corporation PLC (Sonnet), formerly EuroConnXion Holdings Plc, is a provider of software as a service (SaaS) to the billing delivery market in Europe, utilizing a product known as ConnXion. ConnXion has been deployed by a number of corporations such as DHL, Coca Cola, News Corp and Telstra. In December 2007, the Company acquired Sonnet Enterprise Services Pty Ltd. The company provides consulting services, system integration services, SaaS services and provides a wide range of managed services. Sonnet offers a comprehensive suite of IT managed services such as server and desktop management, network monitoring, service desk and SaaS (such as bill presentation and delivery, security, Microsoft products, and Telco applications).The consulting division of Sonnet complements the IT service range, by providing strategic planning and architecture through to project delivery and implementation for large corporate and government departments.
