C-Pharma, Inc. (C-Pharma), is a publicly held biotechnology company that is engaged in the development and commercialization of therapeutic and preventative products for the treatment of hepatitis C virus ("HCV"). The company about to complete its virus-like particles (VLP) technology, vaccine Phase I study, as well as to out-license this vaccine to major pharma companies which uses the virus-like particle (VLP) technology from the NIH. Its product line includes C-Virgin, C-Pegferon, C-Vaxin and C-Immune. C-Pharma was formerly known as Cyplasin Biomedical, Ltd. (CBL). In 2009, the company entered into an irrevocable Letter of Intent (LOI), with Virionics Corporation, for a reverse take over of 100% of the company. C-Pharma is headquartered at Edmonton in Alberta, Canada.
