The company provides fishing products through Sea Harvest Corporatin, which is involved in the deep-sea trawler fishing, fresh and frozen fish and processing, and marketing and trading of a variety of marine species. Tiger holds two international food businesses, based in Chile and Zimbabwe. In addition, it also holds a healthcare subsidiary based in Zimbabwe. It is headquartered at Bryanston, South Africa and employs around 13,421 people.

In August, 2008, it acquired 74.7% of Chocolaterie Confiserie Camerounaise Sa (Chococam). In June, 2008, the company acquired 51% of Haco Industries (Kenya) Limited (Haco), a branded personal care and consumer products company in Kenya.
