University Hospitals
University Hospitals (UH) is a non-profit health care organization affiliated with Case Western Reserve University. The organization is engaged in providing specialty care services by its network of hospitals, outpatient centers and primary care physicians located in 150 locations throughout the Northeast Ohio. The hospital consists of 1032 beds and offers services like general and specialized surgeries, in the areas of cardiology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, endocrinology, gynecology, oncology, metabolic diseases and respiratory disorders as well as pediatrics, organ transplantation, Ear, Nose and Throat disorders treatment services and psychiatric. It also provides specialty services like palliative care, home care and other wellness services. In addition, it provides nursing education, clinical research and teaching. UH system consists cancer centers, rehabilitation facilities, pediatric specialty centers and mental health facilities, as well as joint venture and partnership hospitals and health centers. UH is headquartered in Cleveland, the US.
