US Oncology, Inc. (US Oncology) is a cancer care services company, engaged in the provision of services to physicians in the treatment of cancer patients. The company provides a broad range of cancer care services including practice management services that enable affiliated physicians in managing oncology practice; purchasing, distributing and managing cancer medications for medical oncologists; pharmaceutical reimbursements, diagnostic radiology and radiation therapy; and cancer research services. It also offers oral oncology therapies and care support to patients throughout the 50 states in the US. The company (previously operates as a subsidiary of US Oncology Holdings, Inc.) now operates as a subsidiary of McKesson Corporation. US Oncology is headquartered at Woodlands in Texas, the US.

In December 2010, McKesson Corporation, a major healthcare services and information technology company completed the acquisition of US Oncology. The total transaction was valued at approximately $2.2 billion, including the assumption or repayment of the outstanding debt of US Oncology and its subsidiaries.
