TV Azteca, S.A. de C.V. (Azteca) is Mexico-based producer of television programs in Spanish-language. The company, together with its subsidiaries is engaged in television broadcasting. Azteca principally operates three national networks, namely, Azteca 13, Azteca 7 and Proyecto 40. Azteca 13 and Azteca 7 are operated through its 321 wholly owned and operated television stations, which are located across Mexico city and Proyecto 40 is a UHF channel that is broadcasted in the city of Mexico. The company broadcasts newscasts, sports events, game shows and entertainment. The company also owns and operates Azteca America Network in the US. Azteca has its operations in various countries across the world, which include Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Malaysia, Spain, Venezuela, Chile and the US amongst others. The company is headquartered at Fuentes de Pedregal in Mexico DF, Mexico.
