The company operates its businesses in Great Britain, Spain and Belgium and offers business services to gaming operators in various additional markets. Currently, it operates 102 bingo clubs under Mecca Bingo brand, 11 premium bingo clubs under Top Rank Espana and 143 casinos under the brand names of Grosvenor and G Casinos. The company is headquartered at Maidenhead in the UK.The company reported revenues of (British Pounds) GBP 522.20 million during the fiscal year ended December 2008, a decrease of 2.28% from 2007. The operating loss of the company was GBP 4.00 million during the fiscal year 2008, as against an operating income of GBP 23.10 million during 2007. The net loss of the company was GBP 4.90 million during the fiscal year 2008, as against a net profit of GBP 311.50 million during 2007.
