The product portfolio of the company include hemotemp blood monitoring device (BMD), a human blood bag temperature indicator; hemotemp II BMD, designed to warn blood bank personnel whenever the internal temperature of the blood bag exceeds approximately 10-11 degrees celsius; hemotemp II activator, an electronic and portable block model heater; temptrend temperature indicator that monitors the temperature of urine specimens collected for drug testing to detect fraudulent urine specimens; and temptrend II temperature trend device, which provides a noninvasive and readily visible means of monitoring changes in body temperature. It also manufactures labtemp 20, labtemp 40, and labtemp 60 surface temperature indicators to indicate the temperature of laboratory materials that require specific storage or use temperatures; stafreez freeze-thaw indicator, which indicates whether frozen material is warmed to greater than -20 degree celsius; and thermolyzer liquid conductive cooling/heating device that provides heating or cooling of medical fluids, which are administered to patients. In addition, Biosynergy develops bacteria growth retardant agents for use in food and other products. The company sells its products to hospitals, clinical end-users, laboratories, and product dealers. Biosynergy is headquartered at Elk Grove Village in Illinois, the US.
