Vaccinogen, Inc. (Vaccinogen) is a privately held bio-pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialization of cancer vaccines and other immunotherapeutic products. The company offers OncoVAX, which is the only immunotherapy for Stage II colon cancer. Its products are used in the treatment of cancer, infectious disease, autoimmune and anti-inflammatory diseases. Vaccinogen is also involved in the discovery, development and manufacture of fully human monoclonal antibodies for human clinical use. In addition, the company develops immunotherapy products to treat solid tumors and commercializes autologous tumor vaccine products. It has 20 issued US patents; and follow-on products based on pivotal study in colon carcinoma and phase I/II data in stage III colon carcinoma, renal carcinoma and melanoma. The company is headquartered at Frederick in Maryland, the US.
