Australasian Sarcoma Study Group

Australasian Sarcoma Study Group (ASSG) is engaged in providing a range of pharmaceutical research services. It is principally involved in conducting research activities that address sarcoma and related tumors. ASSG operates as a collaborative research unit of 70 clinicians. It involves in national and international basic, clinical, translational, and supportive care research studies. ASSG works in close association with Cancer Australia and Clinical Oncological Society of Australia. Currently, it is working on cancer clinical research program in collaboration with the University of Melbourne and Australian Government. Further, it offers infrastructure for collaboration between multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) that serve specialized cases. ASSG is headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
