International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) is a not-for-profit organization engaged in providing treatment of end-stage heart and lung diseases. ISHLT principally engaged in providing the most improves and advances techniques for transplantation, mechanical support and innovative therapies via research, education and advocacy. The company has over 2500 members from over 45 countries, representing over 14 different disciplines involved in the treatment of end-stage heart and lung disease. The members of the company include anesthesiologists, basic scientists, cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, ethicists, immunologists, nurses, pathologists, perfusionists, pharmacists, pulmonologists, tissue engineers, and transplant coordinators are dedicated in the advancement of the science and treatment of heart and lung disease. ISHLT is headquartered in Addison, the US.
