The Cornwall Light & Power Company Ltd. (CLP) is a subsidiary of Renewable Energy Generation Ltd. The company builds, owns, and operates renewable energy plants and wind farms in the UK. It is principally involved in the construction and operations of wind power projects. Currently, the company is developing and operating the various renewable energy projects such as High Sharpley, High Pow, Braich Ddu, Goonghilly and orchard end wind projects. The company is headquartered at Truro in Cornwall, the UK.
In 2009, Cornwall Light and Power is applying for planning permission to install a single wind turbine on land at High Down, Redland and also planning to resubmit its planning application for two wind turbines at Orchard End, near Eagland Hill in Pilling.
