Partnerships for Renewables Limited (Partnerships for Renewables) is a subsidiary of Carbon Trust Enterprises Limited (CTEL), a division of Carbon Trust. The company works exclusively with public sector bodies to develop and manage commercial-scale onsite renewable energy projects that utilize public sector land and assets. It is an established trusted partner of for public sector customers which develops onsite renewable projects. The company is currently working on a significant number of onshore wind opportunities and our goal is to develop a portfolio of 500MW of clean, green electricity over the next five to eight years. Partnerships for Renewables has plan to open up and fast track the development of a new market for renewable power and will be further proof that there are business solutions to climate change. It has offices in London, Cheltenham and Edinburgh. Carbon Trust Enterprises and HSBC are two major share holders in the company. HSBC Environmental Infrastructure Fund has 49% stake in the company by making an investment of £100 million. The company is headquartered at London, the UK.
