Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund
Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund (HDUF) is a part of Hastings Funds Management Limited. HFML is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Westpac Banking Corporation. It is engaged in the portfolio of utility infrastructure assets. The company has regulated and unregulated assets both national and international, with a focus on gas transmission and distribution assets; water and other essential utilities; electricity generation, transmission and distribution assets and hydro and wind power generation assets. The company holds 100 percent interest in Epic Energy of Australia that consists of three major natural gas transmission pipeline systems, and a 50 percent voting equity interest in South East Water in the UK which is regulated water only utility. HDUF is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
