UPL`s subsidiary, Lapiz online Private Ltd. engages in offering a range of IT enabled services. It has two factories in South India. It operates two factories in South India. The operating profit of the company was INR 185.65 million during the fiscal year 2009, a decrease of 8.67% from 2008. The net profit of the company was INR 139.20 million during the fiscal year 2009, a decrease of 8.74% from 2008.
