Williams Partners L.P. (Williams Partners) is an oil and gas company engaged in gathering, transportation, processing and treatment of the natural gas, as well as fractionation and storage of the Natural Gas Liquids (NGL). The natural gas liquids are obtained from the natural gas processing and crude oil refining, and are used as heating fuels, petrochemical feedstocks, gasoline additives and other applications. Williams Partners operates its business under three reportable segments, namely, Gathering and Processing - West, Gathering and Processing -Gulf and NGL Services. Williams Partners is headquartered at Tulsa in Oklahoma, US.
