Nations Petroleum Company Ltd. (Nations Petroleum) is a Canadian based privately held energy company. It is engaged in exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas. The company was formerly known as Triton-Vuko. Nations Petroleum commenced operations on December 29, 2006. Its operating assets are located in the US, Brunei, and Indonesia. The company has administrative offices in the UK. Nations Petroleum is headquartered at Calgary in Alberta, Canada.

Currently, the company operates through three active blocks. It manages its leases in the Lost Hills and Paris Valley areas of Central California. The company has two production-sharing contracts (PSCs) with the Indonesian government and other energy producers, in Indonesia. In Brunei, Nations Petroleum had entered into a 12-month option agreement with Loon Brunei Limited. Later, the company exercised its option and became operator of the in Brunei Block L.

Salinas Energy Limited entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares of Nations Petroleum (Paris alley) LLC, from Nations Petroleum USA LLC, a subsidiary of the company.
