Its two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries are Plantation which holds the Plantation Assets and Bonanza Exploration, Inc. holding the ApClark, Cadillac and Damon leases in Texas. In the fiscal year end 2008, the company had interest in gross five oil wells. The company is headquartered at Houston in Texas, the US.
