In May 2009, AHDÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚Â¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Âs indirectly owned subsidiary Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP sold it two subsidiaries which are collectively called NOARK Holding Companies to Spectra Energy Partners, LLC. In July 2009, the company also sold gas processing facility to Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P.
