Transbunker Group Ltd (Transbunker) is a holding company and combining more than 40 companies. It provides bunkering, oil trading and terminal services for oil products. Transbunker operates through its main subsidiaries namely Bunker Holdings Ltd, offering bunkering services and Transbunker Trading SA which involves in trade related activities of oil and oil products. It maintains the fleet of 14 seagoing tankers and barges to perform its in bunkering and oil trading operations. In addition, it also provides services include engineering and consulting in ports and transport systems construction. The company is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

Transbunker operates its own oil terminals in Russia such as Vanino oil terminal, Kholmsk oil terminal, Nakhodka oil terminal, Yuzhnyy oil terminal and St. Petersburg oil terminal. It operates through its subsidiaries namely Bunker Holdings Ltd (Cyprus), Bunker Holdings Ltd (Greece), Transbunker Trading SA and ERBS Shipping Ltd.
