Intercontinental Terminals Company LLC (ITC) is a privately owned terminal service provider in the Golf Coast. It is engaged in providing bulk liquid storage, distribution, blending and logistical services of liquid gasses, petrochemicals and chemical products. In addition, it also provides terminal transportation facilities through vessel, barge, rail car, and tank truck and pipeline system connections. It offers terminals services from Port Allen, Louisiana. Its operating locations include Deer Park, Baton Rouge and Antwerp. ITC is headquartered at La Porte in Texas, the US.

Till the fiscal year 2009, it has a total of 15 docks with storage capacity of 10.6 million barrels. It handles approximately 750 ships, 3,500 barges, 12,000 tank cars, and 24,000 tank trucks annually.
