Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) is an independent energy company. It is engaged in drilling and production of oil from the onshore and shallow water areas in Abu Dhabi,one of the seven members of the United Arab Emirates . ADCO operates on behalf of its shareholders include the ADNOC, BP, Exxon, Total, Shell and Partex. ADCO was incorporated under Law No. 14 for 1978, on 8th October 1978 and has been responsible, since February 1979, for operations in the concession area, which after relinquishments, now covers more than 21,000 square kilometers. It is involved in the supply of their products and services to contractors and vendors in Abu Dhabi. ADCO is headquartered at Abu Dhabi in United Arab Emirates.
