Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) is an electric utility company. The company is primarily engaged in distributing power to the people of the Noida City and surrounding areas. NPCL is a joint venture between the RPG Group and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The company caters the needs of several customers by providing electricity to a population of around 200,000 dispersed across hamlets, villages and a new township spanning an area of 335 sq. km. NPCL has also executed an agreement with the U.P. State Electricity Board, for the transfer of arrangements and sourcing of bulk power. The company is headquartered in Greater Noida City, Uttar Pradesh, India.
