The company designs, manufactures and sells flooring products (primarily resilient and wood flooring) and ceiling systems (primarily mineral fiber, fiberglass and metal) around the world. It also designs, manufactures and sells kitchen and bathroom cabinets in the United States. The company is systematically reducing its environmental footprint by providing products and services that reduce the environmental impact of the buildings. The product portfolio of the company also includes environmental friendly building materials such as linoleum, a green flooring product.
The company discontinued its European Textile and Sports Flooring Business and sold its Tapijtfabriek H. Desseaux N.V. and its subsidiaries. The company primarily operates in the Americas, Europe and Pacific Rim. The company operates 36 plants in 9 countries, which include Australia, England, Sweden, Germany, China, France, Spain, Austria and US. The company is headquartered at Pennsylvania, the United States.
