Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. (SAMREF) is an oil refining company. It is engaged in the development, construction, ownership and operation of crude oil refining facilities. It is a joint venture of Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and Mobil Yanbu Refining Company Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation). The company operates throughout in Saudi Arabia. The company was established in 1984. It is headquartered in Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah, Saudi Arabia.

The company awarded a contract to Worley Parsons to execute the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of the SAMREF Clean Fuels Project.
