The Real Good Food Company plc (RGFC) is a UK based bakery, ingredient and sugar company, which offers a broad range of products to grocery retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. It provides a variety of specialty food products through its subsidiaries in the UK and international market. RGFC markets a range of sugars in packets, containers and bulk bags to customers in the retail, industrial and food service sectors of the food industry. It offers a range of bakery products such as danishes, doughnuts, croissants, muffins and desserts. It is also engaged in producing marzipans, ready to roll icings, baking chocolates, jams, sugar pastes and caramel. The company is headquartered at Liverpool, the UK.The company reported revenues of (British Pounds) GBP 218.66 million during the fiscal year ended December 2008, a decrease of 5.40% from 2007. The operating profit of the company was GBP 2.22 million during the fiscal year 2008, a decrease of 67.85% from 2007. The net loss of the company was GBP 1.15 million during the fiscal year 2008, as against a net profit of GBP 5.79 million during 2007.
