ASF is owned by VINCI Concessions, one of the leading operator of transport infrastructure concessions in Europe. The company provides services to enhance safety, improve traffic flow and also provide customer service in terms of providing real-time traffic information through its radio traffic FM and multi-service rest areas to take break out of tired traveling. The company operates through subsidiary; OpenLY and ESCOTA. The company operates its FM services through its subsidiary Radio Traffic FM. ASF is headquartered in Malmaison, France.
