Alliance Oil Company

Alliance Oil Company (AOC) is an oil and gas company incorporated by OJSC Alliance Group. In April 2008, the AOC merged with West Siberian Resources Ltd. (WSR). Subsequent to this merger WSR changed its name to Alliance Oil Company Ltd. The company has operations in Russia and Kazakhstan. It has 487 million barrels of proved and probable oil reserves. In addition, AOC has approximately 45,000 barrels per day of oil production, refining capacity of 70,000 barrels per day and a network of gas stations and wholesale oil products terminals.
