It is principally engaged into managing and controlling of minority interest in companies that operate in various sectors, developing and investing in start up companies, and telecommunications. Alba also engages into property leasing, makes investments in properties and also holds equity investments. In the area of property investments the company holds office buildings, ware houses and industrial buildings. The company in its investment portfolio holds equity investments in both listed companies and shares holding in unlisted companies which include Acerinox, S.A., ACS S.A., and Clinica Baviera, S.A.
