It also owns a total of 12,000 acre-feet of groundwater resources in the Denver area and has the exclusive right to use the facility till 2081 catering to almost 247 single family equivalent water connections and 157 single family waste water connections located in the southeastern Denver metropolitan area. The company is headquartered in Thornton, Colorado.
PCC owns 13,400 acre-feet of decreed groundwater and surface water located at the Lowry Range.
