Martifer SGPS, SA (Martifer) is a multinational group, engaged in construction, electricity generation, providing energy equipments, and the production and distribution of biofuels. Martifer focuses on utilizing renewable sources of energy for generating electricity and is engaged in construction, production, operation and maintenance of solar energy projects, wind farms, hydro projects and wave energy projects. The company is headquartered in Oliveira de Frades, Portugal.

In 2009, the new Metallic Construction facility in Angola with 15,000 tons installed capacity began its production in the second half of the year. The Aluminium and Inox facility are in the process of being concluded.
