ELM Computer Technologies Limited (ELM) is an IT solutions and services provider. It is a provider of eBusiness solutions. The company provides end-to-end infrastructure solutions, business applications as well as strategic consultancy to customers across various industries, such as government, finance and banking, telecommunications and transportation. The company assists in implementation of major eBusiness projects like internet banking project and eBusiness infrastructure for transportation system and has offered services to HKSAR for Central Internet Gateway System and Electronic Service Delivery System project. The company has strategic partnership with major technology companies including IBM, Opentext Corporation, Oracle, Bizflow and Hummingbird and serves as valued added distributor of IBM software since 2002. In 2004, ELM established IBM Business Partner Innovation Center (BPIC) in Hong Kong in assistance with IBM, to provide comprehensive support services for software developers and partners to build innovative solutions. ELM operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated Systems Holdings Limited. ELM is headquartered in Shatin, Hong Kong.
