Natural Cool Holdings Limited (Natural Cool) is engaged in designing and manufacturing switchgear. Natural Cool has three business divisions namely, air-conditioning (Air-con), switchgear, and building materials. The company in its switchgear division is involved in manufacturing, designing and installing switchgears. Natural Cool through its Air-con division provides air-conditioning systems installation, trading, maintenance, repair and replacement services. The building materials division is engaged in manufacturing and trading of office and residential furniture, structural steel, and angle bars as well as pre-fabrication of fixtures such as wardrobes and kitchen cabinets for condominium. Natural Cool operates through its subsidiaries namely Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd and S-Team Switchgear Private Limited. Natural Cool is headquartered in Singapore.The company reported revenues of (Singapore Dollars) SGD 123.71 million during the fiscal year ended December 2009, an increase of 18.62% over 2008. The operating profit of the company was SGD 5.13 million during the fiscal year 2009, a decrease of 14.36% from 2008. The net loss of the company was SGD 0.50 million during the fiscal year 2009, as against a net profit of SGD 2.37 million during 2008.
