It is also involved in manufacture of construction material, sand extraction and land filling services, property investment, and offshore topside maintenance services and commissioning and charter of marine vessels. The company operations are concentrated in Malaysia. In March 2009, the company changes its name to Naim Holdings Berhad from Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad. The company is headquartered at Kuching, Malaysia.The company reported revenues of (Ringgit) MYR 523.72 million during the fiscal year ended December 2008, a decrease of 18.93% from 2007. The operating profit of the company was MYR 85.40 million during the fiscal year 2008, a decrease of 26.56% from 2007. The net profit of the company was MYR 80.75 million during the fiscal year 2008, an increase of 5.86% over 2007.
